INVITATION FOR DIRECT BIDDING AND PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR FY 2018/2019

Kaliro District Local Government wishes to invite applications/bids for direct bidding and Pre-qualification from suitably qualified and competent firms to undertake the following works, supplies and services in the District for the FY 2018/2019 as described below:

2.      Siting and Drilling supervision of Boreholes in the District

5.      Processing of land titles, Demarcation of roads and Development of Physical Plans in the District

6.      Installation of lightning Arrestors and Solar

7.      Setting up of Value Chain Unit in Production department

Terms and Conditions

1.      Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the PPDA Act 2003, 2006 LGPPDA Regulations and 2008 LGPPDA Guidelines

2.      Interested bidders should submit (3) bid copies, one marked Original and Others copies

4.      Bid documents will be issued upon payment of a non refundable fee on Kaliro DLG General Fund Account 01983501004102

5.      Bid document should be obtained upon payment of:

CATEGORY A: 100,000/=

CATEGORY B: 80,000/=

CATEGORY C: 50,000/=
