1. comunications office headed by the communications officer
2. human resource office headed by the senior human resource officer
3. records and management office headed by the Senior Records Officer
4. procurement and disposal unit headed by the senior procurement officer
5. boards and commissions headed by the senior assistant secretary \
6. lower local government headed by senior Assistant Secretaries and parish chiefs.
