1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the PPDA Act 2003, 2006 LGPPDA Regulations and 2008 LGPPDA Guidelines
2. Interested bidders should submit the following documents:
a) Original copy of the general treasury receipt
b) Certificate of incorporation/Registration
c) Contact address (Physical location, post office box, email address and telephone contact)
d) Income tax Certificate for FY 2020/2021
e) Each item should be applied for separately
f) Late bids/ applications will be rejected
g) Valid trading license for 2020/2021
h) Kaliro District Local Government is not bound by any bid
